Third mobility at Fiskars-Finland

Hosted by “Saine Ensamble” in the wonderful setting of the town of Fiskars. Immersed in the greenery of the south-western region of Finland, the delegations had the opportunity to delve deeper and take creative inspiration from the surrounding environment, focusing on the important balance that links man and nature. The host organization allowed us to visit the Torronsuo Nationalpark and the consequent discovery of “Piteland”: a unique territory where nature has unchallenged for 12 thousand years to form real floating meadows. The city itself is also of great interest, thanks to the presence of numerous resident artists from all over Europe, offering a rich and lively artistic activity and organizing residencies thanks to the local cooperative D.O.M.A
